Finding the right frames for your madebygak prints
I get asked constantly how to frame my prints, so here's the honest answer: Level Frames. When I needed a framer for my NYC Art Week exhibition with Clio Art Fair in a Chelsea gallery, and again for my upcoming Saatchi Art exhibition at The Other Art Fair in London, Level Frames was the only name I trusted with the work. Every frame is made by hand in Brooklyn, New York and it shows — after a few too many rounds with the big-name D2C framer everyone defaults to, the difference in attention to detail was obvious pretty quickly. I've had my own prints framed through them, walnut elevated float mounts, and the fit and finish has been consistently excellent, order after order. A floating mount is unforgiving if a framer doesn't know what they're doing with it, and it's clear the people at Level Frames do. If you're framing one of my prints, or anything you want to get right, this is who I'd send you to.
